Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Effective 1 June 2026 · Yogkshem Technology Private Limited
A · Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Nyave (the “Platform”), operated by Yogkshem Technology Private Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Nyave is a deterministic pre-filing verification platform for Supreme Court Special Leave Petitions. It checks uploaded filings against published registry rules and returns a structured verification report. It does not practise law and does not replace professional judgment.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Certain features are restricted to verified Advocates on Record and other authorised users. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by uploading content you are not authorised to share, attempting to reverse-engineer the detection engine or knowledge base, or using the service to violate any applicable law or court rule.
4. Intellectual property
The Platform, its rule knowledge base, proprietary enforcement dataset, source repository, and all related software are the exclusive property of Yogkshem Technology Private Limited. You retain all rights in the documents you upload.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” during its pre-launch and validation period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyave is not liable for any registry return, defect, dismissal, delay, or loss arising from reliance on its output. You remain solely responsible for the filing.
B · No Legal Advice
Nyave reports potential defects against published Supreme Court registry rules. Detection runs on a deterministic rule engine. Where explanatory language is generated, it may use third-party AI services; in all cases, the AI never decides whether a defect legally exists. Output is informational only and is not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying findings and for the filing.
C · Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data and filing content Nyave collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. What we collect
We collect account details you provide at registration (such as name, email, and advocate credentials) and the documents you upload for checking, including SLP PDFs and related filing materials.
2. How we use it
Uploaded documents are processed solely to generate your verification report. We do not sell your data. Your documents are not used to train any AI model.
3. Confidentiality & retention
Uploaded documents are deleted 24 hours after processing. Reports are retained for 14 days, then deleted. Filing content is access-restricted and retained only as long as needed to deliver the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your uploaded documents at any time.
4. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of legal filings. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law. Direct any such request to the contact below.
